Pitted Acne Scarring

by Clarita Milles

There are mainly two kinds of acne scars: pitted or depressed and pigmented.

Pitted acne scarring is caused by a loss of tissue derived from damage to underlying skin tissue. Depressed scars have an "ice-pick" appearance, with sharp jiggered edges, or can be softer scars, looking much like scars left over from chicken-pox.

Pigmented scars are red or brown marks left behind after an acne blemish has disappeared. Pigmented scarring is the most usual and while it is not permanent, it can take weeks or months for it to clear if left alone. Often, the scar has not faded away before a new group of blemishes arrive - causing a perpetual cycle of disfigured skin that can leave many victims of acne depressed about the condition of their skin. Some people may have found a treatment that keeps their lesions under control - only to find that the red or brown marks remain - preventing their skin from looking fully clear and acne-free.

Both pitted acne scars and pigmented acne scars can be treated with biological solutions if used with discipline twice a day every day for a period of time, which can be more or less longer than 8 to 12 weeks depending on how deep and old are the acne scars.

Results for loss of tissue can take longer if damage to tissues is too deep or has been happening for too long. In this case other remedies can be needed and alternatives are: fat injections, cosmetic fillers, deep chemical peelings, microdermabrasion or laser surgery.

Some biological solutions work due to the action of a unique component in them. The only fluid created by a living creature to repair skin when damaged and to fight microbes, in situations much like those dreaded by acne patients. It is a mucin produced by the humble land snail for many biological functions. Among them to control bacteria, shield the skin from ultraviolet rays and oxidation by free radicals. And, what is of far most importance for acne sufferers, to dissolve flawed skin cells and replace them with new healthy collagen, elastin and all the structural elements of normal skin, including the water holding molecules. This will help plump the underlying layers of the skin - further reducing the depth and appearance of the scars.

There are no undesired effects with these solutions, whatsoever. Within a month of using biological solutions twice a day ever day, you will see a significant change in the softness and color of your skin. Pigmented acne scarring will be greatly improved and the general texture of your skin will be softer and smoother. Within 4 weeks of use, you will also see a significant decrease in acne breakouts. If you are still breaking out, you will find that the scars will be greatly reduced in size - and the marks they leave behind will disappear very quickly.

Scars, blemishes and marks produced by various skin ailments can now be quickly faded thanks to a natural skin care product elaborated with a non-allergenic, non-irritant special component for the rejuvenation of your skin.
