    Those big Harry Caray eyeglasses will pop up at Navy Pier this summer, thanks to action Friday by the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority. The restaurant, named after the famous Cubs announcer, will replace the former Joe's Be-Bop. The board of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority, which runs Navy Pier, approved Harry Caray's over competing bids.
