    RICHMOND, VA (NBC12) - Henrico police are looking into a strange burglary near Willow Lawn, where a thief was after eyeglasses. Around 11 p.m. Saturday night, police say a man broke out the front glass of Capital Eye Care, located in the 4900 block of West Broad Street.
