    With a boost from foreign markets and a move into eyeglasses, contact lens e-retailer Coastal Contacts Inc. posted a 20% year-over-year rise in fourth-quarter revenue, to $32 million from $27 million, as full-year revenue rose 16% to a record $119 million for the fiscal year ended Oct. 31, the company says.
